Important information
Time slot: Your ticket is valid for a specific time slot. Please arrive on time and allow extra time for security checks.
QR Codes: Access QR Codes are mandatory and must be shown during access checks.
Dress Code: Clothing must be appropriate for a sacred place. Shoulders must be covered. Men are required to wear long trousers; women must wear skirts below the knee or trousers.
Not allowed: Phone calls, smoking, food and drinks, animals and bulky objects are not allowed inside.
Bags: There is currently no cloakroom service inside St. Peter’s Basilica. We recommend travelling light and bringing only small backpacks or personal bags.
Accessibility: A designated entrance with ramp access is available for visitors with disabilities, pregnant women and wheelchair users before security checks.
Children: Recommended for children aged 6 and over. Children and teenagers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation policy: The booking is nominative, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be modified. Date changes are not allowed.
